What data you can access

• Accounts — identifiers and metadata for both business and personal MyBank accounts

Consent and coverage

MyBank issues consent for up to 180 days before the account holder needs to re-authorise, giving long-running integrations plenty of runway between renewals. A BIC is not currently required to route MyBank connections through open-banking.io — selecting the bank from our directory is enough.

Privacy by design

We operate on a zero-knowledge basis: credentials are entered only on MyBank's own login screen, never on ours, and we never store or see them. The connection is certificate-free, so there are no eIDAS certificates to buy, install or rotate. You get clean, scoped access to exactly the data the customer approved — nothing more.
