DiPocket API Access & Open Banking Integration

Reach your DiPocket balances and transaction history without wrestling with PSD2 certificates, sandbox registrations or eIDAS paperwork. open-banking.io gives you a single, privacy-first route to DiPocket data across the EU and UK — covering 2,600+ institutions — while keeping the decryption key on your own device. DiPocket (BIC DIUALT22) supports both business and personal accounts, with consent valid for up to 180 days before you re-approve.

Because open-banking.io is zero-knowledge and certificate-free, our servers never hold anything they could read: they store only your public key, so every figure you see is unlocked locally, by you.

How to connect DiPocket

Connecting happens entirely inside the open-banking.io dashboard — there is no code, endpoint or key involved in this step.

  1. Sign up for open-banking.io and set your encryption passphrase. Your key pair is generated right there on your device.
  2. Open the dashboard, search for DiPocket, and choose the account type you hold — business or personal.
  3. You are redirected to DiPocket's own secure login, where you approve access on the bank's PSD2 consent screen. Your credentials only ever touch DiPocket.
  4. Once approved, your DiPocket accounts sync back into the dashboard, ready to view.

That's the whole flow: pick the bank, approve at the source, done.

Access your data

Want DiPocket data in your own scripts? That's an optional step you take after connecting. On the Developers page, create an API key and download a credentials.json — it bundles the API key together with your private decryption key. From there use the CLI (openbanking accounts, openbanking transactions, openbanking sync), an SDK, or the REST API directly.

Every request authenticates with the X-Api-Key header, and each response is decrypted locally with your private key. An API key on its own only ever returns ciphertext — without your key, there is nothing readable to leak. The CLI and SDK read and sync connections you've already made; they never create one.

All of this runs on the same flat pricing: around EUR 3/month.

Is a PSD2 certificate required?

No. open-banking.io is certificate-free — you approve access directly on DiPocket's login screen, nothing to register or renew.

Can open-banking.io read my DiPocket transactions?

No. It is zero-knowledge and stores only your public key. Decryption happens on your device with a key only you hold.

Can I connect a DiPocket business account?

Yes. DiPocket offers both business and personal accounts, each with up to 180-day consent.
