Raiffeisenkasse Bruneck Open Banking & API Access
Reaching your Raiffeisenkasse Bruneck account data no longer means wrestling with eIDAS certificates or a bank sandbox. open-banking.io gives you a single, encrypted view of your Bruneck accounts — and, when you want it, a clean programmatic path to the same data. As a Pustertal/Val Pusteria cooperative in South Tyrol (BIC RZSBIT21005), Raiffeisenkasse Bruneck is covered under the same PSD2 access rights that back every one of the 2,600+ banks on the platform.
Everything runs on a zero-knowledge design: your encryption keys are generated on your own device, and open-banking.io only ever holds your public key. That means the service can route your data but never read it — decryption happens locally, under a passphrase only you know.
How to connect Raiffeisenkasse Bruneck
Connecting happens entirely inside the open-banking.io dashboard — there is no API call, code, or key involved in this step.
- Sign up for open-banking.io and set your encryption passphrase. Your private key is created locally and never leaves your device.
- In the dashboard, search for Raiffeisenkasse Bruneck and choose your account type — both personal and business accounts are supported.
- You're redirected to Raiffeisenkasse Bruneck's own secure login, where you approve access on the bank's PSD2 consent screen. Credentials go only to the bank.
- Your approved accounts sync back into the dashboard, ready to view. A single consent lasts up to 180 days before Bruneck asks you to re-approve.
Access your data
Once a connection exists, developers can optionally read it programmatically. Open the Developers page, create an API key, and export a credentials.json — this bundles the API key with your private decryption key. From there use the CLI (openbanking accounts, openbanking transactions, openbanking sync), an SDK, or the REST API. Every request carries the X-Api-Key header, and each response is decrypted locally with your key. Note the CLI and SDK only read and sync connections you already made in the dashboard — there is no connect command. An API key on its own returns ciphertext; without your private key it stays unreadable.
At around EUR 3/month, it's a certificate-free alternative to running your own PSD2 integration.
