Every request sends the X-Api-Key header, and each response is decrypted locally with your own key — an API key alone only ever returns ciphertext. The CLI and SDK read and refresh existing connections; they never create them.

All of this runs for roughly EUR 3/month, with no certificate handling and no data ever readable by us.

Do I need a developer account to use BCC Sibillini?
