Crédit Agricole de Centre-Est Open Banking Access

Crédit Agricole de Centre-Est serves the Rhône, Ain and Saône-et-Loire regions, and open-banking.io lets you reach your account and transaction data there without certificates, screen-scraping or a custom PSD2 integration. Access covers both business and personal accounts, and every byte that lands in your dashboard is decrypted on your own device with a key nobody else — not even open-banking.io — ever holds.

How to connect Crédit Agricole de Centre-Est

Connecting happens entirely inside the open-banking.io dashboard, the web app — there is no API call, code or key involved in this step.

  1. Sign up for open-banking.io and set an encryption passphrase. Your key pair is generated locally on your device; the service only ever sees your public key.
  2. In the dashboard, pick Crédit Agricole de Centre-Est from the bank list and choose the account type — business or personal.
  3. You are redirected to Crédit Agricole de Centre-Est's own secure login, where you approve access under PSD2. That consent stays valid for up to 180 days before you re-authorise.
  4. Your accounts sync straight into your dashboard, ready to view.

Because the approval takes place on the bank's screen, your credentials are never exposed to open-banking.io.

Access your data

Once a connection exists, developers can optionally read it programmatically. On the Developers page, create an API key and export a credentials.json — this bundles the API key together with your private decryption key. From there use the CLI (openbanking accounts, openbanking transactions, openbanking sync), an SDK, or the REST API. Requests carry the X-Api-Key header, and each response is decrypted locally with your own key. The CLI and SDKs only read and sync connections you already approved — they cannot create one. Without your private key, an API key alone returns nothing but ciphertext.

All of this runs for roughly EUR 3/month across 2,600+ EU and UK banks.

Does Crédit Agricole de Centre-Est have a BIC on open-banking.io?

No specific BIC is published for this integration, but it isn't needed — you select the bank by name in the dashboard.

Can open-banking.io see my transactions?

No. The platform is zero-knowledge and holds only your public key, so data is unreadable to it and decrypts solely on your device.

How often do I renew access?

PSD2 consent lasts up to 180 days; after that you re-approve on Crédit Agricole de Centre-Est's login screen.
