No. open-banking.io is certificate-free. You authorise access directly on Caixa Rural Galega's consent screen — nothing to register with the bank.

Can open-banking.io see my transactions?

No. It is zero-knowledge and stores only your public key. Decryption happens on your device with a key only you hold.
