Caixa Rural d'Alginet Open Banking & API Access
Reading your Caixa Rural d'Alginet accounts programmatically no longer means chasing eIDAS certificates or building a PSD2 stack yourself. open-banking.io links this Valencian caixa rural into one dashboard, then hands developers a clean, optional path to the data. It covers 2,600+ EU and UK banks, and because every payload is decrypted on your own device with a key only you hold, the service stays truly zero-knowledge.
Caixa Rural d'Alginet (BIC CCRIES2A179) is part of the Cajamar cooperative network. Both business and personal accounts are supported, and a single approval grants up to 180 days of access before you re-consent.
How to connect Caixa Rural d'Alginet
Connecting happens entirely in the open-banking.io dashboard — there is no API call, code, or key involved in this step.
- Sign up for open-banking.io and set your encryption passphrase. Your keys are generated locally on your device.
- In the dashboard, choose Caixa Rural d'Alginet and select the account type you want to link (business or personal).
- You are redirected to Caixa Rural d'Alginet's own secure login, where you approve access under PSD2.
- Once approved, your accounts and transactions sync back into your dashboard automatically.
That's it — no certificates, no manual endpoints, no developer setup required just to see your balances.
Access your data
Want the data in your own code? After a connection exists, open the Developers page, create an API key, and export a credentials.json. That file bundles the API key together with your private decryption key. From there you can use the CLI (openbanking accounts, openbanking transactions, openbanking sync), an SDK, or the REST API directly. Every request carries the X-Api-Key header, and every response is decrypted locally with your key — open-banking.io only ever holds your public key, so its servers can never read your data. An API key on its own returns nothing but ciphertext.
All of this runs for roughly EUR 3/month.
Do I need an eIDAS certificate?
No. open-banking.io is certificate-free; you approve access on Caixa Rural d'Alginet's own consent screen and skip the regulatory tooling entirely.
Can open-banking.io see my transactions?
No. Decryption uses a private key that never leaves your device, so the service stores only encrypted data it cannot read.
How long does one consent last?
Up to 180 days for Caixa Rural d'Alginet, after which you simply re-approve from the dashboard.
