How to connect VR-Bank Donau-Mindel

From there the CLI (openbanking accounts, openbanking transactions, openbanking sync), the SDKs, and the REST API all authenticate with the X-Api-Key header. Each response arrives as ciphertext and is decrypted locally with your key, so an API key on its own never yields readable data. The CLI and SDKs only read and sync connections you already approved — they cannot create one.

Can open-banking.io see my VR-Bank Donau-Mindel data?
