Sparkasse Uecker-Randow API Access & Open Banking

Reaching your Sparkasse Uecker-Randow account data no longer means scraping statements or wrestling with bank-issued certificates. open-banking.io links your Pasewalk-region savings bank (BIC NOLADE21PSW) to a single dashboard where balances and transactions land already sorted — covering both business and personal account types, with a PSD2 consent that stays valid for up to 180 days before you re-approve.

The key difference is who holds the key. open-banking.io is zero-knowledge and certificate-free: your encryption keys are generated on your own device from a passphrase you set, and the service stores only your public key. Every figure you read from Sparkasse Uecker-Randow is decrypted locally, so the servers relaying it never see anything but ciphertext.

How to connect Sparkasse Uecker-Randow

Connecting happens entirely inside the open-banking.io dashboard — there is no API call, code, or key involved in this step.

  1. Sign up for open-banking.io and set your encryption passphrase; your private key is created locally and never leaves your device.
  2. In the dashboard, search for and select Sparkasse Uecker-Randow, then choose the account type you need — business or personal.
  3. You are redirected to Sparkasse Uecker-Randow's own secure login, where you approve access on the bank's PSD2 consent screen.
  4. Once approved, your accounts sync back into the dashboard and refresh automatically for the life of the 180-day consent.

Access your data

Programmatic access is an optional step you take after the connection above already exists. On the Developers page, create an API key and export a credentials.json — this bundles the API key together with your private decryption key. From there the CLI (openbanking accounts, openbanking transactions, openbanking sync), an SDK, or the REST API can read your synced Sparkasse Uecker-Randow data.

Requests authenticate with the X-Api-Key header, and each response is decrypted locally with your own key. The API key alone only ever returns ciphertext — without your private key there is nothing readable. Note the tooling reads and syncs existing connections; it cannot itself connect a bank.

Does open-banking.io ever see my Sparkasse Uecker-Randow balances?
