Abtsgmünder Bank -Raiffeisen Open Banking & API Access

Reading account data from Abtsgmünder Bank -Raiffeisen shouldn't mean juggling PSD2 certificates, eIDAS registrations, or bespoke bank integrations. open-banking.io gives you a single, standard way to reach your Abtsgmünder Bank -Raiffeisen business or personal accounts across the EU and UK — one dashboard, 2,600+ banks, and one flat subscription. Everything your bank returns is encrypted and only ever decrypted on your own device, using a key that never leaves you.

The bank is identified by BIC GENODES1ABR, part of the German cooperative (Raiffeisen/Volksbank) network, and supports both business and personal account access. Consent you grant lasts up to 180 days before Abtsgmünder Bank -Raiffeisen asks you to reauthorise.

How to connect Abtsgmünder Bank -Raiffeisen

Connecting happens entirely inside the open-banking.io dashboard — there is no API call, code, or key involved in this step:

  1. Sign up for open-banking.io and set your encryption passphrase. Your cryptographic keys are generated locally on your device; the service only ever holds your public key.
  2. In the dashboard, search for and select Abtsgmünder Bank -Raiffeisen, then choose the account type (business or personal).
  3. You are redirected to Abtsgmünder Bank -Raiffeisen's own secure login, where you approve access under PSD2 — your credentials are entered only on the bank's site.
  4. Once approved, your accounts and transactions sync back into your dashboard, ready to view.

Access your data

After a connection exists, developers can optionally read it programmatically. On the Developers page, create an API key and export a credentials.json — this bundles the API key together with your private decryption key. Then use the CLI (openbanking accounts, openbanking transactions, openbanking sync), an SDK, or the REST API. Requests authenticate with the X-Api-Key header, and every response is decrypted locally with your own key. Without that private key an API key alone returns only ciphertext — the open-banking.io servers can never read your data. Note the CLI and SDK only read or sync existing connections; there is no connect command.

This zero-knowledge, certificate-free model costs around EUR 3/month.

Do I need an eIDAS certificate?

No. open-banking.io handles the regulated PSD2 access, so you never register for or manage certificates.

Can open-banking.io see my Abtsgmünder Bank -Raiffeisen transactions?

No. Data is decrypted only on your device with a key you alone hold; the service stores just your public key.

How long does access last?

Up to 180 days per consent, after which you reapprove on Abtsgmünder Bank -Raiffeisen's login screen.
